Mostly Sunny....Mid 90's...Beautiful Day...

I woke up and did 60 knee lifts...60 leg lifts...
and then I walked 300' this morning...

I worked out this afternoon...including 20 squats...

Mickey picked up the old TV...

We sat out on the deck for awhile...thank you Mr. Fan...
