Sunny, Hot and Humid...

I did my regular workouts and stretches...

I went out on the dock..and watched the boats go by...

It was a lovely morning on the NC coast...

Bill and I will be heading back to the center of the state...

I had a wonderful time...Life is Good...

I'm back home ...van ran badly...home good...
