Sunny....Mid 90's...Beautiful Day...
I woke up and worked out for 20 minutes...
then walked for 20 minutes...
Todd stopped by with my new chair...
It took a year...I think it's worth it...
I worked out 20 minutes on my Nu-Step...
And I did my usual 20 minute standing routine...
Life is good...Thanks Annie...
