Partly Sunny....Mid 60's...Beautiful Day...

I woke up and did 60 knee lifts...60 leg lifts...
and other leg and core routines...
I walked 400' this morning...

I worked out 30 minutes on my Nu-Step...
Workload 3...

And did my usual 20 minute standing routine...
including 20 squats...
