Sunny....Mid 80's...Beautiful Day...

I woke up and did 60 knee lifts...60 leg lifts...
and then I walked 300' this morning...

I worked out this afternoon...including 20 squats...

What a wonderful day......life is good...Thanks Annie...

Apple came out with updated toys today...
Firewire is back in the MacBooks...yay...
