Mostly Sunny....Mid 80's...Beautiful Day...

I woke up and did 60 knee lifts...60 leg lifts...
and then I walked 300' this morning...

I worked out this afternoon...including 20 squats...

I tried to buy an AC from sLowes of P'boro...but they don't like trailers...

The wrens have flown the nest...and the young hawk won't shut up...
