Sunny....Low 90's...Beautiful Day...Hot...

I woke up and did 60 knee lifts...60 leg lifts...
and then I walked 300' this morning...

Jerry and Cathy stopped by...

I worked out this afternoon...including 20 squats...

The lightning bugs have begun lighting up the evenings...
The Wrens in the front door are making lots of noise...
