Hurricane Florence is still here.... mid 70's...a very wet day...
A bit breezy from time to time… :-)
The power has gone off and on…Mostly on…

I woke up and worked out for 30 minutes...

then walked for 10-12 minutes...

I did my usual afternoon workout and standing routines...
