I woke up and worked out for 20 minutes...
then walked for 20 minutes...

We sat outside on the deck and had a beer...
and it was good...

We walked around the farm and Annie took some photos...

Gretchen stopped by...we played with her powerbook...

I did my usual afternoon workout...
