Sunny....Mid 80's...Beautiful Day...

I did 60 knee lifts...60 leg lifts...and stretches...
I walked 100' this morning...

Annie and I went to the pool at Meadowmont...
It's my last visit on my scholarship...

My best guess at how many feet I walked at the pool is 600'-1000'
I did 15 pull-ups on the bar...got my feet off the floor...
and 20 lunges...
