Mostly Sunny....92º...Beautiful Day...Hot...

I did 60 knee lifts...60 leg lifts...and stretches...
I walked 100' this morning...

Annie and I went to the pool at Meadowmont...

My best guess at how many feet I walked at the pool is 400'-600'
I did 30 situps on the fold down board...
20 hamstring pulls...my feet didn't come off the bar...yay
I walked in the 3' section a good bit...
and did 5 right leg and 5 left leg lunges...oboy...
