I woke up and did 60 knee lifts...60 leg lifts...
and other leg and core routines...

then I walked 300' this morning...

I worked out this afternoon...including 20 squats...

Looks like afternoon storms...approaching...
I'm pulling the plug...soon...

Annie's mother stopped by...they went to Trader Joes...
It was wonderful...And Fun was had by All...
