Sunny......mid 80's...Beautiful Day...

I woke up and did 60 arm pulls...60 arm extended pulls...
40 knee lifts...40 leg lifts...

and then I walked 300' this morning...

I worked out 3 times... this afternoon...
Bill stopped by...he didn't stay for dinner...
Annie grilled Steak, Pork, and dogs...Fresh corn and beans...

We sat on the deck and Tiki-ed this evening...
Lovely weather...perfect temp...
