The reason I live here kind of day...perfect....

I woke up and did 60 arm pulls...60 arm extended pulls...
40 knee lifts...40 leg lifts...and walked 190' this morning...

It's Bastille Day...so we had Champagne...

We sat out on the deck and talked...

I did 2 new routines this morning...Wow...
I worked out 2 times... this afternoon...

It was a great day...
